These terms govern your use of Vendora, an AI sales-assistant app for Shopify stores. By installing or using Vendora you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not install the app.
The service
Vendora installs an AI chat assistant that recommends products from your real catalog and helps shoppers add items to the cart. Features and limits may vary by plan and may change over time as the product evolves.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalog, pricing, and store policies that the assistant draws from.
- You must comply with Shopify’s terms and with the laws that apply to your business and your shoppers, including privacy and consumer protection laws.
- You will not use the app to send unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
AI-generated content
The assistant generates responses automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. It is designed to recommend only products that exist in your catalog, but you remain responsible for what is published on your storefront. Vendora is a sales-assistance tool and does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Plans and billing
Paid plans, where offered, are billed through Shopify’s billing system according to the pricing shown at the time of purchase. You can change or cancel a plan from the app, subject to Shopify’s billing rules.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Vendora at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
